Badey, Sloan, and DiGenova P.C.

Badey, Sloan, & DiGenova P.C. provides representation in all types of serious personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We represent people injured at work, and injured due to medical malpractice, defective products, motor vehicle accidents and other causes.

We offer clients the same resources as many large firms without sacrificing personal focus and attention.  The attorneys and the support staff of Badey, Sloan & DiGenova have decades of legal experience, including the courtroom proficiency and savvy that can only be obtained from trying cases in the courtroom.  See a sampling of the types of cases we have handled in the "Success Stories" section of this site or in the attorneys' individual biographies.  You will see that we possess the tools to obtain the results that you seek. Whether your case will require a jury trial and litigation on appeal, a mediation presentation, or an administrative proceeding, our attorneys and staff have the necessary skills and experience.

We never lose sight of the fact that each of our clients, in these, and in all of our cases, represent individual, often tragic, situations requiring personalized attention.  Our goal is to obtain for our clients the only justice that our system can provide; an award of damages that compensates them for the injuries they have suffered.  If we, in our professional judgment, do not believe that a case is supported by the truth and by compelling circumstances, requiring our assistance to right a wrong, we will not accept representation.

Taking on the powerful forces in our society is often a difficult, uphill and expensive fight; but if we believe that a person has a just cause and we agree to accept representation, we will not hesitate to spend the time and the money necessary to take on the large insurance companies and their armies of lawyers.  The insurance industry, big business and lobbying groups have spent billions to create a public perception that our justice system is broken.  They have been successful in creating a public that is distrustful and cynical - which sometimes, sadly, works to their benefit.  But they are wrong.  The jury system has been around for 800 years and is still the fairest way to decide disputes.  We have faith in our system and in the collective wisdom of a jury of our peers to see through the smokescreen and find their way to the truth.   Fairness and justice are always the goals for us and for our clients.
