Our Firm Our Attorneys Practice Areas Success Stories News & Media Contact Us

We offer clients the same resources as many large firms without sacrificing personal focus and attention.

The attorneys and the support staff of Badey, Sloan & DiGenova have decades of legal experience, including the courtroom proficiency and savvy that can only be obtained from trying cases in the courtroom. See a sampling of the types of cases we have handled in the "Success Stories" section of this site or in the attorneys' individual biographies. You will see that we possess the tools to obtain the results that you seek. Whether your case will require a jury trial and litigation on appeal, a mediation presentation, or an administrative proceeding, our attorneys and staff have the necessary skills and experience.

We never lose sight of the fact that each of our clients has an individual, often tragic, situation requiring personalized attention. Our goal is to obtain for our clients the only justice that our system can provide, an award of damages that compensates them for the injuries they have suffered. If we, in our professional judgment, do not believe that a case is supported by the truth and by compelling circumstances, requiring our assistance to right a wrong, we will not accept the case.

Honoring Our History: Robert A. Sloan, Esquire

(in memoriam)

Bob Sloan, our friend and colleague, a decent, honest and caring man, and one of the finest lawyers we have been privileged to know, passed away in 2010. In honor of Bob and what he stood for, we have retained the same firm name and his videos on this site. If you knew Bob as we did, you know he really meant every word in the video when he said, "...what keeps me going is the gratification I get from having helped somebody.....going up against some mega-corporation....if I've helped that average person obtain their rights I feel good at the end of the process...". We share Bob's values, and feel a solemn duty to carry on as he would.
